The European Union (EU) foreign ministers decided on March 22, 2021, to impose sanctions on China for its treatment of the Uyghur minority. This decision was reviewed on March 24, 2021.

The EU's silence regarding the deaths, killings, and forced displacement of millions of people in occupied Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, and Syria clearly demonstrates its failure to defend the rights of Uyghur Turks due to its perceived commitment to human rights.
It has been established that the Chinese government has engaged in wrongful practices against the Uyghur Turks living in the region in the past. However, this is not the case today.
Global corporations, through Western intelligence agencies, have facilitated the establishment of a terrorist organization claiming to represent Uyghur Turks, which also has ties to other terrorist groups, and have initiated separatist and illegal activities in the region. This initiative aims to create international political pressure on China, disrupt bilateral relations with Iran and Turkey, with whom China has strong economic ties, and damage the economic and military power of the Chinese state by instigating internal unrest.
The Republic of Turkey correctly assessed these developments and sided with the Uyghur Turks, but did not take seriously the individuals and organizations with ties to Western intelligence agencies who claimed to represent the Uyghur Turks.
This terrorist attempt, similar to the PKK/YPG/PYD terrorist organizations created in southeastern Türkiye, could also be used to determine the future of global corporations' production bases located in China. This is because there is a major conflict within US domestic politics regarding the relocation of manufacturing plants from China to the US. The artificially created terrorist organization could be used as a tool in this conflict by both sides.
On the other hand, millions of Turks live in a very large geographical area encompassing Turkey, Azerbaijan, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. Global corporations and Western intelligence agencies may try to create an artificial "Turkish Spring" that could greatly disturb Russia, China, and Iran. They may attempt to use members of the Fethullahist terrorist organization, whom they have cultivated in these regions, for this purpose. All members of terrorist organizations in this geography may be deliberately brought to the forefront in the coming period with the labels of "Turkish nationalist, Pan-Turkist."
The Republic of Turkey will continue to cooperate culturally, economically, and militarily with all its kinsmen in this vast geography and develop its relations in order to protect its own interests and fulfill the requirements of kinship. However, this cooperation will not be in the direction designed and desired by global corporations and Western intelligence organizations.
In light of these developments, the duty of all patriots is to have a sound perspective in order to determine how the interests of the Republic of Turkey can be secured. To avoid being influenced by global corporations and intelligence organizations, and to maintain a sound perspective, the first step is to correctly understand Turkish identity, Turkish history, and the history of the West.
